About Me

I’m my dad’s and mom’s son. I’m a child of the King. I’m my bride’s husband of 31 years. I’m a dad to two awesome kids. I help Pastors and Church Finance Leaders.

I worked 22 years in the secular accounting world where I was responsible for Income Statements with revenues in excess of $100 million and Balance Sheets in excess of $150 million – with domestic and international operations.

Those 22 years prepared me for what came next in my career – my work for the local church. I was blessed to have worked for a growing church for 8 years as their Business Admin and Director of Celebrate Recovery. I also served as the Finance Team Chair for 7 years prior to on-boarding. I served in the sound booth as well.

While serving at my church, attendance grew from 150 to over 800 and our budget grew from $200,000 to over $1,700,000. We launched ministries. We added staff. We built another church and moved. We went to multiple services post-move, we built another building. Best of all, I had a front row seat to life change!

Those 15 years at the church prepared me for what was to come next in my life – blogging and helping other churches.

Listen, I was born with a disability, but by the Grace of God, I never let this stop me from doing what I wanted to do. I firmly believe that anyone can do anything they want to if they put their mind and heart into it. Disability does not equal inability. I was employed full-time for 30 years before transitioning to ‘consulting’ work.

Check out this page to find out how I may serve you.

If it wasn’t for my disability, I would have never discovered my strengths and what God was calling me to.
